Attention all BBQ enthusiasts and food aficionados!


Get ready for the ultimate Sunday feast as we present the Copper Kettle Rib Off, happening every Sunday in March starting at 4 pm! This is your chance to become a judge and have your say in selecting the next star of our menu. But hurry in – supplies are limited, and you won't want to miss your chance to indulge in this flavor-packed event. We've decided to let YOU decide which one stays on the menu.  We appreciate the help, hope you enjoy the RIBS!


Here's what's in store for you each Sunday in March: For just $23, you'll receive a half rack of ribs featuring two ribs from each delectable entry, served alongside 3 Corn Ribz your choice of 1/2 baked potato, french fries, or slaw and a square of freshly grilled cornbread. For $2 upgrade your side to a hearty serving of mac and cheese It's a culinary experience that's guaranteed to leave you craving more.


These aren't your typical Baby Back Ribs that you get at many chain restaurants where they've pressure cooked them and convinced you that it's a good thing for the meat to fall off the bone.  These are MEATY St. Louis Style ribs that have been smoked right here at the Copper Kettle.  A couple of characteristics of them are: the size and thickness that stays moist and takes on smoke without drying out.  Look for the smoke ring, taste it and enjoy it.  One of the most desirable things is that the meat should stay ON the bone and can be enjoyed with just a slight tug. 


But the fun doesn't stop there! After savoring each tantalizing bite, you'll have the opportunity to fill out a simple questionnaire and cast your vote for your favorite rib entry. Your feedback will help us determine which recipe will earn its rightful place on our menu, so your opinion truly matters as our back of the house has been in an uproar about WHO's Ribs are better!
